How to Get Great Search Results

Lots of times getting great search results from Google can be difficult, but I have a "Hack" that makes that a lot easier.  I have made a list of Sites that are first class when it comes to providing answers to questions, and set their rankings higher, combined with some Search tweaks the result is a Google search that tends to put better links towards the top.  This is a Great Search Tool for Students, and Professionals a like.
