Jake asks What is Chicken 65

Jake, Christina and I were out at a neighborhood Indian place and we couldn't decide if I liked Chicken 65, but more importantly why in the fairying forest is it called Chicken 65?  Unlike many Asian place where you pick #23 because you can't pronounce the name of the dish, Indian food tends to be reasonably straight forward, Chicken Tika Masala, or Chicken Tandoori, or Vindaloo, or curry.  So what is the origin of Chicken 65?  The Chef at the restaurant couldn't tell us.
