OM to buy Rockwood Holdings’ electronics biz for $265M
Specialty chemicals producer OM Group has agreed to buy Rockwood Holdings’ electronics business, which makes chemicals used for solar panel technology among other things, in a deal valued at some $265 million. Full Story
