Ashlee Simpson’s Pregnancy Denial

Ashlee Simpson is still continuing to tell the press and the media that she is not pregnant. Ashlee is dodging the question left and right. She appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres show today and Ellen asked her flat out if she was expecting.

"Well, that has been going on for a quite a while. That is definitely something that I choose personally not to discuss."  Then she added "Do I look like I had 10 cheeseburgers or something?… because I don’t think I do."

Ellen was a crack up and pointed to a picture of a pregnant Jennifer Lopez in concert and asked her "Well your not going to keep this up as long as this woman did are you?" Ashlee giggled and replied "No, I’m not I swear. I promise you I give you my pinky on that, pinky swear."

Ashlee went on to tell Ellen that her fiance Pete Wentz is "awesome and he is the greatest." Ashlee is so excited about the engagement. Ellen asked her "how she knew she was ready to marry the rocker?" Ashlee replied,"Maybe when his jeans fit me, I decided we could wear the same clothes." Ashley and Pete have known each other for about 3 years. She knew she was in love with him every time he would leave on tour and she would cry.

Everyone is talking about pregnancy and she is denying it or ignoring questions. She may be pregnant and she may not be. If she is, she probably doesn’t want to announce it just yet because it’s too early in the pregnancy. There is always a risk of miscarriage in the first three months. Let’s just wait and see. It could be another J-Lo incident!
