Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audigy Drivers for Windows 7 32 bit and 64 bit
To install the 32 or 64 bit Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audigy Drivers for Windows 7 you will first need to download this file.
This Driver will work for Audigy, Audigy 2, and Audigy 4 cards, on Windows 7 32 bit, and Windows 7 64 bit.
You will have to save this file, and then “lie” to it about your OS. In Explorer Right click on the exe and choose properties, then Compatibility, then set it to Windows Vista.
You will select a language, and then be prompted to Install this software. Life is easier if you check the “always trust software from Creative Labs” check box.
The install is painfully slow.
But will eventually ask you for a path for the install.
And then prompt you to reboot.
After the Reboot you have sound. But you will want to configure you Speaker Configuration in “Sounds” in your control panel.
Clicking Configure brings up the Speaker settings.
You can also Click Properties to set the sound quality.
You are now all set up, and ready for Music, and Games.
