I have seen a few games that will only run with an Nvidia graphics card and I have seen a few games that will only run with an ATI graphics card. About how many games are like this and what are they?

Answer:All games are released for different operating systems but not for different graphics processsing units, this is because the graphics cards all use the same basic technology. They are all small processsors with cooling. Some are better than otheres but not exclusive. Take "Crysis", it's optimized for Intel and Nvidia but plays just as well om Ati and AMD.
