How Do I Watch A Divx Movie With 6 Audio Tracks With A Stereo Speaker?

I recently downloaded from torrent a movie with the file extension mkv. When plaid it opens a Divx player but only music sound is heard. The dialogue and sfx are not heard. When I checked the file it has 6 audio tracks and I think i'm only hearing the first 2 tracks. How can I watch this avi file using a simple stereo speaker? Windows media player and Quicktime Player doesn't seem to recognize this file.

Answer:Check in your playback device setup. If the speaker is set for 6 channel audio, you're expetced to have a 6 channel speaker system connetced. Set it to different settings until you hear all the sound.

I watched a video stream through the internet. It plays on a divx player. When I open my divx folder. There is a subfolder called temporary downloaded file. When I open the subfolder. It contains the video stream in divx format that I watched. Is it possible to convert that file inot avi and save it in the computer?

How Should I Burn A DivX Disc To Watch The Movie With Subtitle In My Home Theatre?

I have Divx movie, I downloaded it's subtitle too. How should I burn a disc that I can watch the movie with subtitle? What about the second langauge? I mean if I have 2 subtitles in 2 langauges, what should I do?

Answer:Here is the processs. Watch out because what you have to do is case sensitive. first you need to make a folder called subtitles where the movie is located. You need to put your subtitles in this folder. You then need to call your subtitles the same exact name as the movie. only the extension (.srt) makes it different ( THIS IS IMPORTANT, ONE MISSPELL AND IT WON'T WORK). We should then be able put the movie in your dvd player and choose the subtitles by press the subtitles button on your remote. Now i'm not sure how you would put two different subtitles, but I know theree are good software out theree that would make your life simple. Well I use to have Windows Movie Maker 2.1 but it doesn't work anymore. And so I'm planning to make more videos and I heard DivX is the best editing software like Windows Movie Maker and I've seen a lot of videos with the DivX icon on it. Why Does Divx Player Crash When I Try To Go Fullscreen?

I can view all of my videos in normal mode with Divx Player but some videos cause the program to crash as soon as I try to change to fullscreen mode. I have the most recent update (Divx Codec 6.8.5 and Dix Player 6.8.2). Also, this problem started since I installed the first version of Divx Codec 6.8.
