Answer:As of right now, the two pitchers to probably pick up would be Nick Blackburnand Livan Hernandez. Both have been doing pretty well lately. Over the last sixteen innings that Livan Hernandez has pitched, he has only allowed 2 Earned Runs on 16 Hits. His last three decisions have also been wins. In Nick Blackburns last two starts, he has gone 14 Innings, while only giving up 1 Earned Run and 12 Hits. He is also 2-0 in that span. Blackburn has a nice ERA of 3.55 and should get some pretty good run support with Mauer back, and both Mauer and Morneau hitting the ball well right now. Hope this helps!

Answer:I'm going to have to agreee and say that you NEED to pull that deal.
Losing Maholm and Davis won't hurt you AT ALL. Maholm only had a good April, and hasn't produced much since. And sure Davis' power looks attractive but if he doesn't hit a home run, he's striking out. Similar to Ryan Howard but nowhere near that level.
But the reason I say you should make this deal is because your OF is hurting with Jay Bruce's drought and this move will enable you to be patient with him. And not only that but Luke Scott won't keep that crazy HR RBI streak for much longer. That's gonna slow down. Deal him too if you can. Werth and Damon are great pickups, especially at this time. This move is going to help your team a lot.
Pulling this deal will make the wait for Manny a lot easier, and when he returns, you'll have a great outfeeld. You could trade some. Cuddyer won't be much use when you make this deal, so try now to make a move and rid him. Maybe pick up anorthere 2B or anorthere backup to an infeeld. Or maybe a C since Wieters is taking long to come around. But my advice is wait with Bruce, don't drop him. He's a good player so be patient with him.
Losing Haren sucks, but not only is your team ok without him, because you have great pitching, but you're even getting a good one in return with Buerhle.
Don't waste any more time. Pull this deal and improve your team. Good luck to ya.

Answer:You don't mention the type or size of the league or the scoring rules. All of these things are important. As an example, I play in leagues that use assists as a category. that increases the value of the SS position.
But without that, I would probably lean to Kemp, Ellsbury and Lee.
