Braun is an exception defender at 3rd, got big time power, a good eye at the plate and blistering speed
Hamilton is good when he is healthy..he has slowed down quite a bit due to injuries. He's prone to striking out a lot and aiming for hte long ball all the time...i don't think he is a good hitter againstt left handed pitchers
Pence is a phenomenal hitter with great speed. He's got a nice feel for the balls hit towards him at center feeld
One thing botheres me about Pence...his strikeout to walk ration is very poor...so he puts a lot of balls in plays and hits for average a lot...northing wrong with that but it juss means when pitchers figure him out and if he's impatient at the plate, he's going to get inot quick slumps since he doesn walk that much (you need to get on base through walkin when you're struggling)
His OBP is kinda low too...aabout 30 points higher than his batting average...that is not good at all. His Strikeout to walk ratio is poor and so striking out a lot compared to walking a few will result in frequent prolonged slumps and he might get inot that
Braun looks rock solid and he doesn't have any "ifs" in his game

Well to answer your question, I'd try to offer Howard for Hamilton and keep Braun. Replace Werth with Hamilton, put Morneau on your Util and leave a path of destruction as you wreak havoc in your league, all the way to the championship.

Answer:Penney is in a big decline this year with an pretty high ERA and I too get nervous when he pitches so to solve that I dropped him! I would do this trade without hesitation neithere Penny nor Ellsbury are superstars and your getting a top 10 pitcher.
