The Cards, who despite winning the '06 World Series, wasn't a particularly good team last year and actually got worse during the offseason.
Astros, without Andy Pettitte and no Roger during the first half (at the least), won't be as competitive. Their starting staff is Oswalt and a bunch of mediocre pitchers. Carlos Lee can only contribute so much to a weak offense.
Cubs went from lousy to overrated. Soriano's going to be the new Sosa over theree and Lee back healthy will be big but none of that will matter when their already mediocre pitching staff goes south once Wood and Prior find themselves back on the DL.
Keep an eye out for the Brewers. They've slowly brought up good young talent over the last few years and this may be the year that talent breaks out. The glaring weakness may be the manager.
