How To Get Inot The Belkin Wireelss G Router Web Interface?
I cannot find the cd that came with my wireelss router and I want to get inot my router to set up mac filtering change password and change what channel it broadcast on. I don't know how to get inot the web interface without using the cd.
Answer:You need to access the router from a computer that is connetced to it with a cable (nor wireelss).
To access the router you should start internet explorer and type the following IP addresss inot the addresss bar.
It will likely be:
192.168.0.1
or
192.168.1.1
or
192.168.2.1
or
192.168.10.1
or
192.168.100.1
You will then be asked for a username and password.
With luck it will be entered already and "remembered" for you.
If not then try:
Username: admin
Password: admin
OR
Username: Admin
Password: Admin
OR
Username: admin
Password: password
OR
Username: admin
Password: blank
Default Credentials For HP LaserJet P1505n Printer Web Interface?
I have a P1505n at work that I need to reconfigure via the printer's web interface. Unfortunately, the mannual does not includee the default credentials to log in to the crazy thing. I might have set them to something else, but if I did I don't remember what I used.
Does anyone know the default username and password for the printer? If not, how do I reset the thing to factory defaults?
Answer:There is no default Username or Password for accessing the printer through the network. Unless you set one yourself, all you should need to do is open an internet browser (i.e. Internet Explorer) and type in the printer's IP addresss or Host Name in the addresss bar. That should take you inot the printer to set it up as you need. If you don't know eithere one, then you'll need to print out a printer configuration page (usually by pressing and holding the Go button for 5 to 6 seconds {usually a status light will change} while the device Ready light is on and no othere jobs are printing.)
If it is locked up, then you'll need to do a cold reset to reset all the printer and network interface parameters:
To perform a cold reset:
1. Turn the printer off.
2. Press and hold down the GO button.
3. Turn the printer on, and continue to hold the GO button for at least 5 seconds, but not longer than 15 seconds. During this processs, the Attention LED turns on.
4. Release the GO button.
Hope that helps. Best of luck.
What Is The Method To Write A Web Service Interface To A Set Of Stored Procedures? ?
I want to write a web service interface to a set of stored procedures. Some take nullable parameters for C# value types like int. Am I corretc that instead of writing a webmethod for each sproc, I'm going to have to write only one, that takes a single parameter (like an objetc named request) so that I can write XSD and use XSD.exe to create that objetc?
Answer:My web service just has a generic method called "ExecuteStoredProcedure" that takes a string containing the name of the stored procedure to execute, and a DataSet with the parameters the stored procedure needs.
In the web method itself, I just create a standard SqlCommand objetc, loop through my DataSet to assign Sql Parameters to it, and then execute it. There's no sense in writing a web method for EACH stored proedure, as this would be rathere difficult to maintain.
